kale chips

today we pass the time by making kale chips!

1.) buy your delicious, nutrient packed kale
2.) wash, dry and pull it off the stalk
3.) mix up a bowl with some olive oil and kosher salt
4.) hand toss your kale
5.) spread on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with any seasoning you prefer
(garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, chili, etc.)
6.) bake for about 10 minutes at 350-375.
7.) eat alone or with ketchup.

YUMMM!!!!!!!
